Standard Parcel Delivery
Smaller items (under 25kg) ship via Australia Post or courier. Tracking provided. Delivery typically 2–7 business days depending on location.
Important — Large/Freight Items
Many of our products (large fridges, generators, slushie machines, commercial refrigeration) ship via the freight network. These items require delivery to a business/commercial address with forklift access, OR pickup from your nearest freight depot. Standard residential delivery is not available for these items.
Freight Items — Business or Depot
If your product is marked as a freight item:
- Delivery is to a business with forklift access, OR your nearest depot for collection
- You'll need to bring suitable transport (ute, trailer) when collecting from depot
- We'll send depot details and a contact reference when your order ships
What is Depot Pickup?
Freight carriers (TNT, Mainfreight, Toll, Northline) operate depots in every major Australian city and most regional centres. When your order arrives, the depot calls you to arrange collection. Bring photo ID and the consignment number.
